It was great to see everyone at Hexham farmers' maket. My thanks to all the producers who let me cook with their amazing ingredients, and thanks to Peter for the great idea. The recipes are on my recipe site. Just for the record, I cooked smoked mackerel pate (but using kipper instead of mackerel), 'best ever' burgers, gazpacho and Paella. Not bad for twenty quid, eh?
