Cookery lessons and contract catering are offered on the following terms:

Cookery lessons:

• Within 50 miles of NE48 (check on Google Maps) - £90 per half day, £150 per full day (excludes cost of ingredients).
• Over 50 miles from NE48 - as above, plus 50p per extra mile (one way).
• Over 200 miles from NE48 - as above, plus £80 overnight costs.

Contract catering:

• Within 50 miles of NE48 (check on Google Maps) - £100 plus £10 per guest (excludes cost of ingredients).
• Over 50 miles from NE48 - as above, plus 50p per extra mile (one way distance).
• Over 200 miles from NE48 - as above, plus £80 overnight costs.
