Allendale feedback, and a special birthday party

At Allendale Farmers' Market I cooked courgette and cheese soup, and pork escalopes in a honey mustard sauce. The recipes are on my recipe site. Thanks to the lovely producers who donated their produce for me to cook with.

I also catered for a wonderful birthday dinner on Friday evening, for my new client Eileen and three of her friends. Eight courses of special French stuff - canapes, an 'amuse-bouche', foie-gras, trout, sorbet, cote de boeuf, cheeses, apple tarte fine...
